Very easy! Our wiper blades are designed for tool-free installation that takes just a few minutes. We include clear step-by-step instructions and provide access to video guides. Most customers find the installation straightforward and don't need a mechanic.

We provide comprehensive installation support including detailed written instructions, online video guides, and email support. Our team is always happy to walk you through the process if you need assistance.

Don't worry! Our wiper blades come with multiple adaptors to fit different wiper arm types. When you use our vehicle selector, we automatically include the correct adaptors for your specific car model and year.

Our wiper blades are sourced from trusted manufacturers and meet or exceed OEM standards. They feature premium rubber compounds for streak-free performance, aerodynamic design for quiet operation, and durable construction for long-lasting performance in Australian weather conditions.

Our premium wiper blades typically last 12-18 months under normal driving conditions. However, this can vary based on usage frequency, weather exposure, and environmental factors. We recommend checking your wipers regularly and replacing them when you notice streaking or reduced performance.

Our wiper blades are specifically chosen for Australian conditions. They handle intense UV exposure, heavy rain, and extreme temperatures. The premium rubber compound resists cracking and hardening, while the aerodynamic design prevents lift-off at highway speeds.

If you experience streaking within the first 100 days, contact us for a full refund. For streaking after normal use, first try cleaning your windscreen and the wiper blades. If the problem persists and you're within the 1-year warranty period, we'll replace them free of charge.

Yes! Our wiper blades are designed to work seamlessly with all vehicles, including those equipped with rain sensors. The rain sensing technology is built into your car's windscreen and wiper motor, not the blades themselves.

Most imported vehicles use standard wiper connections and our wipers will fit perfectly. However, some imports may have slight variations. If you're unsure, contact us with photos of your existing blades and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.

Our wipers are high-quality aftermarket replacements. Only parts made directly by your vehicle manufacturer are considered genuine OEM, which typically cost $100-350 from dealers. Our aftermarket wipers offer excellent performance at a fraction of the cost while meeting or exceeding OEM standards.

Our database covers thousands of vehicle models from all major manufacturers sold in Australia. From popular models to specialty vehicles, our advanced compatibility system ensures we have the right wipers for your car.

Yes! Our wiper blades can be recycled by separating the different components. The metal frame can go in metal recycling, while the rubber blade can be disposed of appropriately. Contact your local recycling center for specific guidance.

We offer a 100-day risk-free trial. If you're not completely satisfied with the performance of your wiper blades for any reason within 100 days of purchase, simply contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

Our comprehensive 1-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects, premature wear, streaking, smearing, or any performance issues. If your wipers fail to perform as expected within the warranty period, we'll send you a free replacement.

If you used our vehicle selector and the wipers don't fit perfectly, we'll send you the correct ones immediately at no charge. If you ordered the wrong size yourself, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Contact our support team and we'll make it right.

Simply contact our customer support team via email. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and a prepaid return label where the fault is ours. For change-of-mind returns under the 100-Day Trial, you cover return postage (see our Returns page).
