1. Who we are
Prowiper is an Australian business based in Melbourne. We supply premium wiper blades and fitment hardware to customers throughout Australia.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase products.
3. Orders and availability
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailability).
- We will notify you promptly if we cannot fulfil your order and issue a refund where applicable.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do not charge GST as we are not currently registered for GST (under the threshold). If our GST status changes, we will update these Terms and GST may apply to future orders.
- We accept major payment methods including Shopify Payments/Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Payment is captured at checkout. We don’t store card numbers; payment credentials are handled securely by our payment providers.
- From time to time, pricing or description errors may occur. We may cancel and refund orders affected by such errors.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia‑wide with tracking. For details, see our Shipping page.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address or collection point.
6. Installation and compatibility
- Our vehicle selector and guides are provided to assist with correct fitment.
- Follow the installation instructions carefully. Contact us if you need help.
- Use of chemicals or washer additives not approved by Prowiper may cause damage and void coverage.
7. Returns and refunds
We aim to make returns easy. Please review our Returns policy for how to arrange an exchange or refund, including change‑of‑mind where offered, and your responsibilities for postage (if any).
8. Warranty and Perfect Fitment Guarantee
Our wipers are backed by a 1‑Year Warranty and our Perfect Fitment Guarantee when our vehicle selector has been used correctly. See Warranty and Guarantee for full details, remedies, and exclusions.
- We’ll assist with troubleshooting first. If not suitable, we may replace or refund.
- Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or non‑approved chemicals is excluded.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
10. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the remedies in these Terms and the ACL.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
11. Promotions and discount codes
- Promo codes are single‑use unless stated, not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Discounts generally apply to product prices only and exclude shipping upgrades unless stated.
- We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is owned by or licensed to Prowiper and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.
13. Website use
- You must not use the site for unlawful purposes or interfere with its operation.
- We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance or security reasons without notice.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will apply to future purchases and website use and will be posted on this page.
17. Two Years Clear
Two Years Clear is an optional kit available on selected vehicles: one payment covers two front wiper sets for your vehicle (for most vehicles a pair each; for single-wiper vehicles, one blade each), both delivered together in one parcel. It is a single purchase — there is no subscription and nothing further to claim, pay or redeem.
- Both sets ship together on our free standard delivery tier, to Australian delivery addresses.
- Warranty: your first set carries the standard 12-month warranty from delivery. Your spare set's 12-month warranty starts on the day you fit it and ends no later than 30 months after delivery. Tell us your fitting date when we remind you to swap (one click in the reminder email); if we don't have it, we'll assume you fitted the spare around month 12 and resolve any claim generously within that 30-month cap.
- The 100-day trial applies to the kit from delivery, as set out in our Returns policy.
- Keep the spare set sealed in its packaging, out of direct sunlight, until you fit it.
- Two Years Clear is available on orders placed through this website only.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 9 above).
