Products covered

All Prowiper wiper blades and fitment hardware supplied in your kit are covered by this warranty.

Accessories and consumables that are not part of the wiper kit (for example, third‑party washer additives) are not covered unless expressly stated.

Who can claim

The warranty benefits the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Coverage applies when Products are used for their normal intended purpose.

How long is the warranty period?

  • 1 year from the date and time of purchase.
  • Our Perfect Fitment Guarantee applies immediately on installation when our vehicle selector has been used.

What this warranty covers

  • Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Performance issues such as streaking, smearing, or missed sections that persist after correct installation and cleaning.
  • Broken or damaged blade connectors, end caps, or supplied fitment hardware.
  • Orders arriving damaged or lost in transit.
  • Incorrect fit for the specified vehicle when our vehicle selector was used (we’ll organise a fast exchange).

What this warranty does not cover

  • Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or using the wrong product for your vehicle.
  • Damage to a vehicle or injury related to installation or use (e.g., windscreen damage during installation or normal use).
  • Wear or damage caused by chemicals or washer additives not sold or approved by Prowiper.
  • Use on vehicles with non‑standard or unlisted wiper arms, or vehicles not intended for the Australian market.
  • Normal wear after the warranty period ends.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us via the contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (photos or a brief video help us resolve it quickly).
  3. We may provide simple troubleshooting steps to confirm the fault.

Our remedy

  • We’ll attempt to fix the issue with quick troubleshooting.
  • If not suitable, we’ll provide either a replacement (including shipping) or a refund — depending on stock and circumstance.
  • Where an incorrect fit results from an error by you or a third party, we may ask you to cover return shipping costs.

Void warranty

Using chemicals or washer fluid additives not sold or approved by Prowiper can cause premature wear and will void the warranty. We recommend a mild soap solution or an approved additive.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the Product, or paying the cost of doing so.
