100‑Day Risk‑Free Trial

Try your wipers on your car for up to 100 days. If performance isn’t what you expected, contact us and we’ll organise a return and issue a full refund once received.

• Valid for 100 days from the purchase date.
• Refund processed within 2–3 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.

Perfect Fitment Guarantee

Used our vehicle selector and something isn’t quite right? We’ll make it right immediately.

• We’ll organise a fast replacement with the correct set.
• If a replacement isn’t suitable, we’ll refund your order.

Return Postage

• Buyer pays return postage for 100‑Day Trial, change‑of‑mind, or incorrect self‑selection.
• For fitment issues when our vehicle selector was used, and for damaged or lost in transit, we cover replacement shipping costs.
• Return postage paid by you is non‑refundable. Original shipping was free on your order.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement promptly. Please contact us with a brief description and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide simple instructions and a return authorisation (and a prepaid label if your case qualifies).
3. Pack the wipers securely (original packaging preferred if available).
4. We’ll process your refund or send a replacement once your return is received.

What isn’t covered

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
• Performance issues caused by contaminants or chemicals not approved for windscreens.
• Vehicles with non‑standard wiper arms not intended for the Australian market (we’ll still do our best to help).
