When will I get my wipers?

• Dispatch: your order leaves our Melbourne warehouse by the next business day.
• Standard: 2–4 business days for most metro areas, 3–6 for regional and remote.
• Express Post (optional upgrade): 1–2 business days for most metro areas.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by location and during peak periods.

How can I track my order?

• We'll email you a tracking number after dispatch. Follow your delivery any time via the tracking link in that email.
• If you need a hand, contact our support team.

Can you leave them at my front door?

Yes, AusPost may leave your order in a safe place if it's secure. If not, they'll card it for collection.

Can I pick them up?

We currently do not offer customer pickup.

Do you ship internationally?
