What size wiper blades does the BMW X1 take?

It changes with the generation: the 2022 - 2026 (U11) takes a 650mm driver and 400mm passenger blade plus a 300mm rear; the 2014 - 2022 (F48) takes a 650mm driver and 400mm passenger blade plus a 350mm rear; the 2009 - 2015 (E84) takes a 600mm driver and 475mm passenger blade plus a 325mm rear. Type your year into the matcher above and we'll confirm the exact kit before you pay.

Does the BMW X1 have a rear wiper?

Yes — every BMW X1 generation we cover takes a rear blade, and your year's kit page shows the exact-fit rear with the correct OE-style connector.

Are the driver and passenger blades different sizes?

Yes — your BMW X1 runs a 650mm driver-side blade and a 400mm passenger side on the 2022 - 2026 (U11). Kits always ship as a matched pair, so you can't order them mixed up.

How do I change the wiper blades on my BMW X1?

Lift the arm off the glass, press the release tab on the old blade and slide it off, then click the AeroBeam straight on — the connector for your BMW X1's arm comes pre-fitted, so there's nothing to assemble. It's under two minutes a side with no tools, and your kit page has an install video for your exact arm type.

Are these genuine BMW wiper blades?

No — they're premium aftermarket blades, and that's deliberate. Each AeroBeam is cut to your BMW X1's exact blade lengths for its generation, with the right OE-style connector pre-fitted so it clicks straight onto the factory arm. You also get fresh all-weather rubber, a 1-year warranty and the Perfect Fit Guarantee.
