What size wiper blades does the BMW Z4 take?

It changes with the generation: the 2018 - 2026 Convertible (G29) takes a 550mm driver and 525mm passenger blade; the 2009 - 2016 Convertible (E89) takes a 525mm driver and 525mm passenger blade; the 2006 - 2008 Coupe (E86) takes a 525mm driver and 500mm passenger blade — the cards above list every generation we cover. Type your year into the matcher above and we'll confirm the exact kit before you pay.

Does the BMW Z4 have a rear wiper?

Every BMW Z4 kit we stock is a front set — none of the generations above includes a rear blade. If your BMW Z4 has a rear wiper and you need it covered, ask us and we'll confirm what fits before you order.

Are the driver and passenger blades different sizes?

Yes — your BMW Z4 runs a 550mm driver-side blade and a 525mm passenger side on the 2018 - 2026 Convertible (G29). Kits always ship as a matched pair, so you can't order them mixed up.

How do I change the wiper blades on my BMW Z4?

Lift the arm off the glass, press the release tab on the old blade and slide it off, then click the AeroBeam straight on — the connector for your BMW Z4's arm comes pre-fitted, so there's nothing to assemble. It's under two minutes a side with no tools, and your kit page has an install video for your exact arm type.

Are these genuine BMW wiper blades?

No — they're premium aftermarket blades, and that's deliberate. Each AeroBeam is cut to your BMW Z4's exact blade lengths for its generation, with the right OE-style connector pre-fitted so it clicks straight onto the factory arm. You also get fresh all-weather rubber, a 1-year warranty and the Perfect Fit Guarantee.
