FITTING WIPERS ON YOUR HILUX.
Every Hilux generation we cover uses the same arm connector — it ships pre-fitted, so the swap is click-off, click-on.
Lift the arm. Pull the wiper arm away from the glass until it stands on its own.
Click off, click on. Press the release tab, slide the old blade off, and click the AeroBeam straight onto your Hilux's arm — the connector is already on the blade.
Lower gently. Rest the blade back on the glass. Your kit page has an install video for your exact arm type.

TOYOTA HILUX WIPER QUESTIONS.
WIPER BLADES FOR YOUR TOYOTA HILUX.
Toyota Hilux wiper sizes are grouped into four catalogue applications: 1988–1997, 1997–2005, 2005–2015 and 2015–2025. The changeover year can appear in two ranges, so confirm the vehicle generation when it sits on a boundary. Wiper sizes on the Toyota Hilux changed between generations: the 1988 - 1997 (5th Gen) takes a 400mm driver and 400mm passenger blade, while the 2025 - 2026 (9th Gen) takes a 550mm driver and 400mm passenger blade. Select your year above to find the right wiper blades for your Toyota Hilux. Your kit arrives with the correct connectors already fitted, ready to attach to your wiper arms.
Your All-Season AeroBeam kit ships free from Melbourne and comes with a 1-year warranty, a 100-day trial and our Perfect Fit Guarantee. If the size or connector is wrong, we'll replace it free of charge.
